在基因的3' UTR区域插入了IRES-creER cassette、四环素抗性基因和Frt引导的诺卡因选择标记。通过与C57BL/6背景的Flp重组酶转基因品交配，去除了诺卡因选择标记。接着，Flp基因从这条线中纯化出来。当与Tg(CAG-Bgeo/ALPP)1Lbe报告型品系杂交，并给予他莫昔芬处理后，检测到了cre表达在视网膜的ganglion细胞和horizontal细胞，以及大脑中少数神经元中。(来源：J:144315)
