Tg(CD34)29Dgt

A linearized PAC clone containing the human CD34 gene and 110 kb of promoter sequence and 26 kb of downstream sequence was used as a transgene. Two copies of the transgene inserted and expression was detected in numerous tissues with highest levels detected in the bladder, heart, lymph nodes, and lungs. Expression at the RNA and protein levels was very similar to the endogenous mouse Cd34 gene. (J:132476)
