A loxP site, a puromycin resistance gene cassette and a STOP cassette, and a second loxP site were inserted into intron 1 and a p.G12D activating mutation was introduced in exon 2. The allele will only be expressed after Cre-mediated deletion of the STOP cassette. (J:132357)
