设计了一个靶向载体，将LoxP-Flp-neomycin-Flp元件插入到内皮1，一个FLAG-(C)4-FLAG序列插入到exon2，以及LoxP位点位于内皮2。突变蛋白的表达水平与野生型蛋白相似。表达是大脑特异性的，局限在神经元细胞体和树突（推测在货载小泡上）。通过Western blot分析，可以用FLAG抗体识别这种蛋白，但在脑组织切片和标记培养物中则不能。免疫沉淀（IP）实验中未观察到显著的SNARE结合。来源：(J:131804)
