在第11外显子的3' UTR中插入了以下序列：一个IRES、人链球菌溶血素B受体（HBEGF）的编码区域，与EGFP基因编码区域成框架插入，一个loxP位点、小鼠Ace（血管紧张素I转化酶，也称作肽基二肽酶A1）的启动子，cre重组酶基因，以及一个诺卡霉素抗性基因座，还有一个第二个loxP位点。通过cre介导的自我剪切，男性生殖细胞中的cre+neo基因座被去除。EGFP cassette的存在不影响基因座的表达。EGFP表达发生在Foxp3+调节性T细胞中。（来源：J:131351）
