pCA/SAC-GFP转基因是设计的，包含鸡β-actin启动子（和CMV增强子）驱动，连接一个Par-4 SAC区域（Pawr基因，氨基酸137-195）的融合基因，该融合基因与增强绿色荧光蛋白（EGFP）相连，后面跟着polyA序列。转基因后代被繁育到(C57BL/6 x C3H)F1小鼠中。创始人系35小鼠（SAC/35，检测到有6-8个拷贝的转基因）。在所有测试的组织中都观察到了转基因的广泛表达，但报告中提到了一些组织特异性的转录表达或蛋白稳定性调控。EGFP的表达水平适合于免疫印迹，但不足以满足荧光流式细胞术的应用需求。（来源：J:125633）
