在exon 4前面插入了一个loxP位点，并在exon后面插入了由loxP标记的PGK/TK Neo5383选择性载体。通过杂交产生了转基因小鼠，与Cre敲除纯合品系杂交，筛选出删除了Neo5383选择性载体但保留exon 4的后代。基因型通过基因组PCR进行了确认。(来源：J:130210)
