设计了一种向目标基因插入两个修饰拷贝的向量。第一个修饰的第七外显子包含一个带有C端GFP标记的Syntaxin部分cDNA片段及一个终止密码子。随后是位于第七内含子的诺卡因抗性基因座，周围由Flp识别序列簇环绕。第七外显子的插入和诺卡因基因座由一对loxP座标开首。紧接在诺卡因插入之后，是一个带有L165A和E166A突变的第二个修饰第七外显子。(来源：J:138035)
