设计了一种靶向载体，用于在miR-150茎环区上游468bp位置插入一个含frt座的pGK-Neo cassette，其中包含一个loxP位点紧邻pGK-Neo cassette，另一个loxP位点位于miR-150茎环区下游146bp。通过将含loxP座的679bpmiR-150编码基因区域和frt座的pGK-Neo cassette一同删除，实验用小鼠与cre表达的转基因小鼠杂交（C57BL/6纯系背景，类似Stock No. 006054）。这些小鼠的miR-150编码区域被单一的loxP位点替换。（来源：J:127234）
