从3号外显子到6号外显子之间有loxP位点，然后在3号外显子5'端插入了由frt位点包裹的neo cassette。在与Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1(FLP1)Dym小鼠杂交后，通过Flp介导的重组移除了neo cassette。通过Southern blot检测来确认这些插入。(来源：J:126501)
