从CD8+T细胞克隆P14中克隆出了一段重组的Tcrb基因，该克隆对淋巴细胞性脑膜炎病毒具有特异性。该基因包含Vbeta8.1、Dbeta、Jbeta2.4和Cbeta2基因片段，相应的cDNA被置于H-2K启动子下游。在Tcrb编码序列之后，加入了人类β球蛋白基因的基因片段和IgH增强子，以引入剪接位点、polyA序列和促进表达。在最初的四个奠基株（125、126、128、132）中，通过流式细胞术分析，第128株显示出最高的表达，因此被选中进行进一步研究。（来源：J:111265）
