在exon 7上游插入了一个floxed neo，然后在exon 7后面添加了一个loxP位点。之后通过转染表达cre的质粒，利用Cre介导的重组技术去除了neo cassette。插入情况通过Southern blot进行了确认。（来源：J:126113）
