在exon 1上游插入了loxP位点，exon 2下游则有一个被标记的neo cassette。插入情况通过Southern blot分析得到了确认。通过Cre介导的重组，可以去除前两个exons，导致转录本缺失，这一点通过RT-PCR实验也得到了验证。(来源：J:100706)
