Tg(TcraHsv2.3)L118-3Cbn

Rearranged Tcra and Tcrb derived from HSV-1 glycoprotein B specific CTL clone HSV2.3 were placed under the control of a 2 kb fragment of the H-2Kb and a 700 bp fragment including the Igh enhancer. The two constructs were coinjected into F1 embryo zygotes resulting in the establishment of two founder lines. In line L118-3, the two constructs appear to have integrated on separate chromosomes. After backcrossing to C57BL/6, the mouse line referred to as gBT-I.3 was established. This line contains two separately named transgenes. (J:124700)
