这个转基因构建包含了人类α-synuclein序列，其中有一个A53T的点突变和在第130位插入的终止密码，导致了缺失了C端的最后10个氨基酸。该序列受大鼠酪氨酸羟化酶（Th）启动子的控制，Th基因的5'端有9kb的上游区域。构建体经过纯化后，被注入了C57BL/6和C3H杂交胚胎的初级卵母细胞核中。拷贝数估计在约30左右。转基因产物在纹状体和黑质的神经元的细胞体和轴突中表达可检测到。（来源：J:125149）
