在目标基因的第一个内含子中插入了一个FRT-flanked neo cassette后面跟着一个loxP位点，然后在第3外显子下游增加了一个loxP位点。通过将这些小鼠与表达Flpe的 mice杂交，可以剔除neo cassette，使得第2和3外显子被loxP位点所包裹。（来源：J:124126）
