这个靶向构建包含4kb的mouse肌肉 creatine kinase(MCK)启动子序列，位于一段1.2kb的人类acyl-CoA:diacylglycerol acyltransferase 2(DGAT2) cDNA序列的上游，后面跟着2.2kb的人类生长激素微型基因（包含polyA信号）。这个转基因元件通过微注射注入C57BL/6NHsd的受精卵中，然后将转基因后代与C57BL/6NHsd杂交，最终建立了Founder line 10小鼠品系。（来源：J:129495）
