在exon 2内，插入了含有SV40 poly(A)启动子序列的Gfra1 cDNA(带有poly(A)信号序列)、带有相同启动子序列的GFP基因(带有poly(A)信号序列)以及一个FRT序列 flank 的Neo抗性基因座。前95个含5' UTR、起始密码子ATG和信号序列的核苷酸被删除。随后通过flp介导的重组移除了Neo基因座。通过Cre介导的重组，插入的cDNA被删除，从而阻止了这个等位基因的Gfra1表达，但允许GFP基因的表达。(来源：J:122607)
