~3kb of the sequence 3' of the coding sequence thought to contain an enhancer element was placed in a construct containing an IRES-EGFP, a beta-globin basal promoter, bovine growth hormone 3' sequences and a nuclear localization signal. Transgene insertion was confirmed by expression of EGFP at E9.75 in the hindbrain region of the neural tube. (J:119975)
