这种转录由树突状细胞(DC)-特异性小鼠整合素αX(Itgax/Cdc11c)启动子控制的蛋白产物，是Cre重组酶和人类雌激素受体1(ESR1)突变激素结合域的融合。在给予TAM处理携带有此转录因子和表达绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)的Cre重组酶报告基因转基因小鼠后，观察到4-8%脾、淋巴结和胸腺中的CD11c+细胞呈现绿色荧光，但CD11c-细胞中未见。在TAM给药后48小时对这些小鼠中CD11c+脾细胞进行CD8α-APC/CD-PE染色，结果显示所有主要类别的DC均带有荧光。(来源：J:114742)
