A beta-geo/PLAP secretory gene trap vector (pGT1TMpfs) was inserted into intron 19. The insertion site was mapped to nucleotide 58,780,672 of chr 9 (build GRCm37). The insertion was accompanied by a deletion of 922 bp and an inversion of a 923 bp sequence immediately adjacent to the insertion (inverting bp 58,780,672-58,779,784). (J:67920, J:109043, J:164943)
