设计了一个靶向载体，用于替换5-7号外显子，替换为带有IRES-GFP-PGK-neo的序列。通过Cre介导的重组移除neo。通过RT-PCR确认了内源性转录本的缺失。在129/Sv背景的Tg(Prm-cre)58Og或C57BL/6背景的Tg(Sp3-cre)93Knw条件下，去除PGK-neo后荧光强度增强。当突变基因在129或C57BL/6背景纯合时，移除PGK-neo或背景对免疫表型没有影响。(来源：J:112394)
