设计了一个靶向载体，目标是插入一个A到G的突变，导致β葡萄糖苷酶(Gba)的第9外显子中丝氨酸替换为天冬氨酸，模仿Gaucher病患者中发现的人类N370S变异。载体还插入了一个PGK-neo cassette，位于Mtx1基因的第8外显子下游，取代了56bp的序列（最后一个编码外显子），干扰了编码区域。Gba和Mtx1基因是并排放置的，所以它们的转录是共向的。(来源：J:25197)
