Dicer1^tm1Smr

A floxed Dicer1 allele was created in a stem cell line (4E4) which contained a null Dicer1 allele, Dicer1tm1Ghan. A Dicer1 allele with exons 22 and 23 flanked by loxP sites replaced the remaining wild-type Dicer1 allele in the ES cells. The resulting ES cells were used to create conditional mice homozygous for the floxed Dicer1 allele. (J:101186)
