Tg(H2-K-Fosl1)1Wag

This transgene contains the murine Fosl1 gene fused to the major histocompatibility complex class I antigen H2-Kb promoter. To stabilize the Fosl1 mRNA and ensure expression in mesenchymal cells, the 3' long terminal repeat sequence of the FBJ-murine sarcoma virus was linked to the 3' end of the Fosl1 gene.
