在通过CAG-TBD-CRE-TBD转基因构建电转导入Runx1tm1Medv胚胎干细胞后，表达出Tamoxifen依赖的Cre重组酶，导致之前插入的Engrailed2-SA-lacZ序列被剔除，剩下位于基因5'UTR内的单个LoxP位点。肺和胸腺的Northern blot结果显示主要剪接异构体的正常表达。(来源：J:106769)
