在第4外显子下游插入了loxP-引导的诺姆西林筛选 cassette，而在第3外显子上游则插入了loxP位点。短暂的Cre表达去除掉了筛选 cassette，留下3和4号外显子周围的loxP位点。通过Southern blotting和PCR，确认了基因型的精确定位(来源：J:106419, J:136334)。
