Southern blot分析和相位荧光原位杂交（FISH）都显示，来自CITB小鼠库的194kb BAC克隆551D6在129S1/Sv衍生的CJ7胚胎干细胞基础上，大约整合了40个拷贝。这个克隆包含一个187.2kb的插入，覆盖了Nr2e1基因的全长。在C57BL/6J小鼠中，与转基因等位基因纯合的脑组织mRNA，经特异性RT-PCR检测，显示在回交N10代有129S1/Sv来源的转基因等位基因的表达。（来源：J:105597）
