Gria3^tm1.1Rsp

This allele was derived from Gria3tm1Rsp by crossing mice carrying that allele with Tg(CMV-cre)1Cgn. This resulted in the excision of both the neomycin cassette and exon 11. Absence of gene product was confirmed by Western blot analysis of brain extracts. (J:104146)
