A gene trap vector contained a promoterless splice acceptor sequence and a betageo, as well as a long terminal repeat, a PGK promoter and Bruton tyrosine kinase, and a splice donor sequence. RT-PCR failed to detect transcript in mutant mice. (J:102291)
