Tg(CTSG-RARA/ZBTB16)#Ppp

The human derived RARA/ZBTB16 fusion protein was placed unter the expressional control of the human cathepsin-G promoter (CTSG). 2-36 copies of the transgene were incorporated in the DNA in a head to tail and/or tail to head configuration. Transgene expression was detected in the bone marrow. Five lines were made. The pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:65878)
