Foxm1^tm1.1Rhc

This allele is a derivative of Foxm1tm1Rhc. The region flanked by loxP sites was deleted in the germline by mating mice carrying the floxed allele to mice carrying the Tg(EIIa-cre)C5379Lmgd transgene. Resulting chimeric mice were screened for offspring carrying an allele that was missing exons 4-7. RNase protection assays confirmed that no detectable transcript was expressed from this allele.
