转基因中包含了一个融合产物，结合了猴链球菌致热休克毒素受体和绿色荧光蛋白，由小鼠Itgax启动子（CD11c）调控。我们构建了两条转基因品系，11号和57号，分别带有1到2个拷贝以及20个拷贝。脾脏中的所有CD8+和CD8-树突状细胞都会发光，并对DT表现出敏感性。免疫组化和流式细胞术分析表明，转基因在脾脏树突状细胞中的表达是特异性的。57号插入的基因位置在GRCm38/mm10构建中的80448681-80455738，导致7057bp的缺失。创始人品系57的拷贝数大于20。（文献引用：J:93488, J:276927）
