Tg(VIM-Tag)3Pau

This transgene consists of 0.9 kb of the promoter region of the human VIM gene fused to a temperature sensitive mutation of the SV40 large T antigen deleted of the small tumor antigen. Three lines were generated VT1, VT2, and VT3 each with 10 - 20 copies of the transgene. This is a representative representing all 3 lines which have identical phenotypes. (J:92226)
