在exon 9上游插入了loxP位点，下游是带有FRT标签的PGK-neo基因，最末端也包含一个loxP位点。与Cre敲除小鼠杂交时，会剪切掉含loxP的序列，移除exon 9和neo。exon 9区域包含一个酰基转移酶的活性位点。（来源：J:89228）
