A promoterless GFP reporter followed by an intron and SV40 polyadenylation signal were inserted into the coding region via homologous recombination. GFP expression is seen in about 10% of B cells. Allele-specific PCR confirmed that insertion of GFP did not alter the rearrangement frequency of this allele compared to the wild-type allele. (J:91295)
