Icam5^tm1(cre)Mmsh

Cre recombinase and neomycin resistance genes replaced an 82 bp exonic sequence encoding the start codon and the following 69 bp of intronic sequence. In situ hybridization demonstrated the absence of normal RNA and Western blot confirmed absence of normal protein from mutant mice. (J:89407)
