Tg(Tek-cre)1Xyfu

The Tek promoter drove expression of cre recombinase in the endothelium of the brain, heart, liver, and other tissues. Expression was detected in 1.5% of bone marrow cells. The authors concluded that expression is restricted to endothelium with minimal leakage. (J:86655)
