通过Cre介导的重组，Fancatm1Wong中去除了含floxed neo cassette的元件，保留了1到6号外显子的IRES-NLS-lacZ序列。针对目标exons的转录未检测到，但纯合突变小鼠的RT-PCR结果显示存在14到18号外显子的转录。由于没有C端抗体，无法确定检测到的讯息是否产生了蛋白质。(来源：J:85108)
