目标exons的14到18号外显子被包含有IRES-NLS-lacZ和floxed neo的 cassette替换，检测到的转录本中没有目标exons。对于转基因小鼠的同源突变体进行RT-PCR分析后，发现了包含14到18号外显子的转录。由于没有C端抗体可用，无法确定检测到的转录信息是否产生了蛋白质。(来源：J:85108)
