The endogenous allele was disrupted by the insertion of a targeting vector containing a missense mutation in exon 2 and an intron floxed neo cassette. Encoded protein was undetected by radioactive ligand receptor-binding assay. Oprmtm2.1Loh was generated by in vivo excision of the floxed neo cassette from this allele. (J:81978)
