Tg(TAG-Tcra,TAG-Tcrb)1Dh

Two transgene constructs were used in the generation of this allele. One construct consists of a Tcra sequence encoding the Valpha2JalphaMT1-27 rearrangement, 6 kb of 5' flanking sequence, 3.8 kb of 3' flanking sequence, and a neomycin resistance gene. The other construct consists of a Tcrb sequence encoding the Vbeta8.3DJbeta2.4 rearrangement, 5.1 kb of 5' flanking sequence, 0.4 kb of 3' flanking sequence, and a neomycin resistance gene. This transgenic line carries two copies of the Tcrb construct and one copy of the Tcra construct cointegrated at one locus. (J:81330)
