将连接了Cre重组酶的内含子插入到原基因3' UTR中，通过同源重组。经Frt标记的Hygromycin筛选 cassette切除后，UTR中保留了一个Frt座。未观察到等位基因补救现象，表明插入序列对原基因表达影响不大。(来源：J:80725)
