Ikzf1^tm1(Pax5)Mbu

A construct containing a floxed neo cassette, Pax5 gene, and GFP gene was inserted into the Znfn1a1 locus upstream of the translation initiation codon in exon 2. Western blot analysis using antibodies against C-terminal Znfn1a1 sequences did not detect protein product in thymocytes from homozygous mutant animals. Trace amounts of Pax5 protein was detected in thymocytes. (J:80815)
