Ltb/Tnf^tm1Dvk

A 5.3 kb region, containing exon 3 of the Ltb locus and exons 3 and 4 of the Tnf locus, was left floxed after the integration of a targeting vector containing a loxP-neo cassette in intron 2 of the Ltb locus and two downstream loxP sites the intergenic region between Ltb and Tnf and in intron 2 of the Tnf locus. An additional loxP site located within the Lta locus in the targeting vector was not integrated due to partial homologous recombination. (J:58981)
