使用来自GenBank的M68859序列中10424-10752位置，包含330bp的缺失第71-74外显子的鼠肌 dystrophin(cDNA)脑部异构体，构建了转基因。通过肌酸激酶，肌肉(Ckm)调控序列驱动表达，包括3300bp的5'上游序列，以及在起始密码子上游被截短的exon 1、intron 1和exon 2。实验结果显示，这种转基因小鼠的膈肌中，delta330型肌 dystrophin异构体的表达水平与对照正常肌肉同源物相似，而在四头肌中则大约是对照的2-5倍。免疫组化分析证实了蛋白质的正确膜定位在肌膜上。(来源：J:20979)
