This allele encodes an intact class II beta chain with an EGFP moiety fused to the carboxy terminal. The fusion protein was detected in whole spleen lysates, whereas free EGFP was not. An intronic floxed neo cassette upstream of the 3' untranslated region was included for selection. (J:78940)
