在第3内含子上游插入了一个包含强polyA信号的删除子 cassette，该 cassette 是针对人类/t(8;21) cDNA构建的murine/human融合序列（Runx1tm2Dow）的。虽然检测到了少量包含下游区域的异构转录本，但 Western blot 分析在突变小鼠中并未发现这种蛋白。当携带这种等位基因的杂交小鼠与表达Cre重组酶的转基因小鼠杂交时，能够去除删除子polyA信号并表达插入的人类序列。来源：(J:77129)
