目标位点在第5外显子被插入了一段诺卡因选择标记，导致其发生突变。通过Northern blot分析，我们检测到在纯合突变胚胎中表达的转录本，比野生型长了1.5kb，推测是新基因neo的整合所致。对纯合突变胚胎的提取物进行 Western blot 分析，未发现正常蛋白质。由于缺乏对应抗体，无法确认插入序列上游缺失的短肽是否存在。(来源：J:48123)
