这个自我剪切的cre-neomycin抗性 cassette替换了基因5'端213bp的编码序列，并将EGFP的开放阅读框，后面跟着晚期SV40的polyadenylation信号，与上游序列整合在同一条线上。使用EGFP来表达这个等位基因在B细胞谱系的模式，与之前使用特定小鼠单克隆抗体展示的野生型基因表达模式一致(来源：J:73935)。
